Easter Egg hunting

We went to an Easter Egg hunt today at Everhardt Park in West Chester. 7000 plastic eggs (about the size of a real egg) were scattered throughout the park for kids to come and collect in their baskets. Lucy had a grand old time picking them up, shaking them (many had sweeties inside them!) and putting them in her pink basket. Within 15 minutes the entire 7000 eggs had been taken by the many kids who came.

So after sorting them out when we got home, Joe and I are pleased to have a brand new stash of sweeties and chocolate to nibble on in front of West Wing tonight :) Thankfully Lucy has no idea what any of them are...this year anyway!
