Lucy on the climbing wall

Lucy's best friend Max would be proud....Lucy has got very enthusiastic about climbing recently! We have been to two events (horse races and a May Day fete) where there was a temporary climbing wall for children to climb. Lucy amazed us by insisting on having a go last weekend while we were at a horse race event.

She did a great job! She climbed herself but just needed Joe's arms for support as she wasn't quite strong enough to hold her own weight against the wall. She got as high as Joe could possibly reach and then would abseil down on the rope and do it again....and again....and again.

I think we'll have to keep on finding her adventurous challenges to do as she was so keen on the whole idea. Her friend Max climbs on climbing walls too so she can now go along with him when they next see each other!
